Taking Newborn Out to Dinner - How Old?
DH and I would like to try and go out to dinner this week - restaurant is around the block so it would be fast and close by if we needed to leave for some reason. Jordan is 11 days old today. Do you think it's too early to go this week?
How old was your newborn?

DH and I took DS to restaurant at 7 weeks. He slept for most of the meal and woke up when we were getting the check.
I would suggest to go in between feedings and since it is so close to your home I don't see why you could not go.

We took Loey out for dinner when he was like a week old! We just kept him in the carrier and sat in a booth in the back of the restaurant. I brought my hooter hider and was able to BF completely discreetly too!

Thanks, ladies. We would def try and go between feedings, but the since yesterday, feedings have been a little unpredictable - I think he's going through a little growth spurt and is wanting food much more often. We will try it though - we can always leave!

we took DS out at a week old and DD the day we came home from the hospital! we had nothing to eat so we went to a local chinese restaurant.
do whatever YOU'RE comfortable with!
