Your husband should take LEGAL ACTION against those people.
We are already taking legal action against the buyer of our house who is now fighting us for the down payment that we are 100 percent entitled to. I think one legal dispute is all I can handle for now.

I understand but the "joke" will have your DH's name on the criminal file forever. Cleared or not.

I ment legal action against those people who falsely accused your husband of murder.
