That's awesome! I'm just sorry he had to wait more than 17 years for that. He's the same age as me, I couldn't even fathom half your life wasted like that.

WOW! Does anyone know... What was the smoking gun? What was the piece of evidence that let him off the hook?? Who do they think did it instead?
I feel really bad for him - The justice system is so far from perfect and it is really sad when you hear stories of people that are victims of the system's flaws.

Like DNA evidence they didn't have technology for back then??
Amazing - this person who really murdered them has been free all this time.

because of a tangled web of corruption & lies that they tried to keep a secret as to not disgrace the crooked cops that were in on setting him up.
jerry's son Todd the biggest drug dealer around somehow never seemed to get arrested right around that time either.
the cops were in bed with the bad guys.

Do you all think he is not guilty? He confessed to the crime and they found his mothers blood on him.
I'm not convinced he is innocent. 
he confessed after hours & hours of interogation & tricks & lies by sneaky cops WITHOUT an attorney. He immediatly recanted & never signed the confession.
If you found your parents dead & you were seventeen do you think worrying about getting their blood on you would cross your mind?
