My DH has a symbol on his upper arm for his father. I believe it means "father and son in unity forever".
My cousins and I want to get "All my life" tattooed on us in memory of our grandparents.

I was just talking to my Dh about this. I want to do something with my son (who passed away when he was 5 weeks old) and my daughter like maybe their footprints in pink and blue w/ their names and b-days? I haven't quite decided what or where for that matter!

I have a heart with angel wings and a halo with a red rose underneath it (my moms name was rose)
I want to get another one because I don't see it very often and sometimes forget its there

I actually got a huge fairy on my left thigh in memory of my great-grand parents. It says "always in my heart oma/opa"
And I'm actually going to get a pin-up girl on my right thigh in memory of my grandfather who passed VERY suddenly in May of this year.
I'm always ripping up my skirts or taking my pants down to show anyone who wants to see it...i'm so proud of my fairy and it means so much to me and I'm sure once I get my pin up girl I'll be showing that one off to anyone and everyone too....lol.

On my forearm I have a moon with two dangling stars. The moon represents "heaven" or "the universe" (depending on one's beliefs) and the stars represent my mom and dad. I always feel they're hanging around! I'm thinking of adding another star for my nephew who passed away late last year.
