Re: teething biscuits???? when can you give them?
puffs are not really used for teething. its more of a snack item. in my house its more like a treat. over the course of 15 months i bought 2 maybe 3 canisters. certainly not a meal replacement. but dd loves them. i guess they disolve fast and taste great. he l l, i like them!
as the others mentioned, i would be careful with teething biscuits.. i gave dd a teething biscuit when she had already cut two bottom teeth.i noticed that she could break off a piece of biscuit if she tried hard enough..

Re: teething biscuits???? when can you give them?
I just started giving the twins the puffs yesterday. I use them more as practice for picking up things and feeding themselves. Never as a replacement for anything. I'm going to BBB tonight so I'm going to look into those mums! Never seen them before. I gave my son the biter biscuits and I hated them.

Re: teething biscuits???? when can you give them?
as other posters said teething biscuits can break off fairly easily..what DD loooved at that age was the mesh feeder, I would put fresh fruit, she loooved bananas and peaches and mangos in them, some babies like it frozen, DD did not..but for teething babies some like it frozen to cool the gums...it was a g-d send she would literally be at it for a while and was sooo content doing it!!!!

Re: teething biscuits???? when can you give them?
I'm to scared off those after a HUGE chunk came off and into my nephews mouth when he was little, I've never stuck my hands in someones mouth so fast in my life!
With that said, i will state that I'm a big paranoid freak about table foods (& I know I will soon need to get over this or my child will be scared to eat!)

yes, these are them, you can put any type of fruit or even ice cubes in them, just the juice comes through so there is no choking hazzard

Try the Baby Mum-Mums. DS started them at about 6 months.
ITA... I got Chloe teething biscuits and they were a giant mess and they broke apart way easier than I though. Mum Mums are a lot better!

Yup, I love these too. I do buy organic arrowroot cookies though and just watch closely.
I have never bought the Baby Mum-Mums although I have seen them. I do not like that they are made in China. Organic or not I do not trust food made in China. Just my own issue though
