DH will be with me for 2 weeks, then I'm hoping my mom will be here for the 3rd week.

We are going to have the help of our families just like when DD was born.

My mom will come during the day, and will probably leave when DH gets home from work. My dad may come also....but probably more to spend time with my older DS than help out

Re: The first days, week or 2 weeks after you bring your baby home...
We had a baby nurse both times. She was a HUGE help to me, especially since I was recovering from a c-section. With the first, she really helped to teach us all the things we didn't already know, like giving the baby a bath, helped DH become more comfortable changing him, etc. She also took care of all the post circ stuff. With DS2, she was a huge help, especially since I still had essentially another baby at home. Also, even though I nursed, she would give the baby a bottle at night so I could get at least a few uninterrupted hours of sleep.
Feel free to FM me with any other questions or concerns (I would offer my nurse but I think you are a little too far for her to travel )
