I still don't know, the whole thing is weird. There was a single bullet left in that gun. According to the end of this episode, she shoots it twice - once at Shannon, once at Sayid. How is that possible?

maybe she got the other bullets that the Lost members have
who? michael and sawyer don't have any more, they were the ones who said there was only one bullet left. And they obviously weren't going to give her one to shoot sayid.

Oh, you mean back at the camp? I think she shoots him before they get there - Eko was carrying him over his shoulder, asking for the doctor and they all looked at him like they'd never seen him before.
Personally, I think the fact that we knew there was 1 bullet left in that gun is going to be significant later.

I thought originally ther were 2 handguns found in the locked briefcase
AND NO i don't think they would give her the gun
but that doesn't mean that she didn't get them
SHe OBviously has a lot of training of some sort. Most likely the armed forces

The previews for next week leave alot of room for Ana to get a gun. The 2nd bullet did not have to come from that same gun.

Ali posted a theory earlier in the day that Eko was the 2nd person on the nigerian drug runner plane that boone died in (aside: so cool that they included boone in this episode  ). Anyway, I think this may be valid, especially after tonight's episode, but that he may have been an actual priest that was used in the drug run. But his accent is obviously neither Australian nor American and is not easily placed (so possibly Nigerian); h was walking around in black pants, white shirt, holding a black jacket in the beginning of this episode adn we first see him going from the beach to the water to save people; there were 2 people on that plane, we've only seen one body.

I agree. I'm curious what he was carving into the walking stick.
This will be interesting, if it's true, when he encounters Aaron - also a biblical reference.
The other person we still have no confirmation on having been on the plane is Libby. I'm sort of annoyed that they didn't do their 'airport scenes', I was looking forward to finally knowing who was and wasn't on the flight, but I guess that's too much to hope for
ETS: I think it's possible he may not have been in on the drug run, although I'm only thinking this after the show. It would make the actual drug runner's story more plausible if stopped since Eko's credentials as a priest would check out.

yeah i heard that the walking stick has some kind of significance. You didn't get to see what he was carving. Does anyone else feel like they are paying too much attention to finding hidden clues than just watching the episode?
