Week 8 update
Body - DH noticed my "sides" were much "smoother". The rolls are being "ironed out".
Endurance - I don't get as tired..
Diet Progress - -1.2 Lbs this week per this morning. It was a bit more yesterday but it went back up.
Exercise Progress - Still trying to recoup from last week getting ready for DS's party. So nothing too crazy. I did work more hours at work though this weekend. Comes the Fall I will have to hit the gym.

Week 8 update
Body - things are still getting baggy, that's good.
Endurance - I'm tired-probably because I stopped exercising last week when DS got sick and haven't gotten back on track (I WILL tonight!!!)
Diet Progress - Bad this week, up 1.8 but I knew it was coming so I'm not angry, I know what I need to do to get back on track and now I just need to do it.
Exercise Progress - no go for this past week, but I'm getting back on the wagon tonight.

Body - bleh, I swear to all things holy, how can I be down 15lbs and still look excactly the same????
Endurance - again, same as last week, still havent worked out in like 2 weeks.
Diet Progress - I was up about a 1lb, but I knew that would happen bc I was down like 5 last week. A lot of it bc I had a stomach bug over the weekend. So I knew my monday weigh in with a 5lb loss wasnt accurate. So Im OK with that. Im getting a little lax about tracking my points though, just keep a rough tally in my head during the day.
Exercise Progress - HAH!
Still not smoking!
Otherwise, I am falling off the wagon here! I need to get motivated again. Just dont know how!

Body - no change.
Endurance - Only ran once last week on vacation & that was a total struggle...
Diet Progress - Was aware of what I ate...but didn't really do too well. Vacation ice cream seems to taste best...but the guilt afterwards is killer.
Exercise Progress - there was none...hopefully this week I can get back on track.

Body - hmmm not totally noticing a change...yet. I guess I feel like I fit better into my workout pants.
Endurance - always been pretty good. Though I was doing stroller strides for a while, then missed class yesterday and did 30 day shred and that kicked my arse!!
Diet Progress - -5 lbs!! I started WW a week ago. It's just what I needed to get to where I need to go. 8-10 lbs to go!!
Exercise Progress - Still doing Stroller Strides about 3-4 times a week and walking just about every day. Traffic made us miss class yesterday so I did the 30ds and now I appreciate that workout again!

Week 8 update
Body - DH said my body looks totally different-although my bras are getting big, so my boobs are getting smaller too :(
Endurance - I'm not sure, it has been too hot to take the kids out in the jogging stroller so I havent been doing c25k lately. I don't get tired to my biggest loser dvd, have to find a new one
Diet Progress - -1.8 lbs, but I think if I had been exercising it would have been more
Exercise Progress - starting back up fully this week

Week 8 update
Body - Clothes are feeling looser. I bought a few tops and capris, but probably should've gotten them a size smaller. Oh well, I guess I'll buy more when they fall off!
Endurance - Not sure. My knee was hurting alot and acting weird last week so I didn't do the C25K. I haven't done it this week either since my knee is acting up and because my DDs are screwing up the schedule so I don't have the time to do it in the morning when it is tolerable outside!
Diet Progress - -2 lbs! Down 8.4 lbs total so far! Exercise Progress - I need to get some exercise in or this ship will start to sink fast!!

Week 8 update
Body - I really haven't noticed much of a change. Clothes are fitting the same even though the scale is sloooowly going down.
Endurance - Pretty good. I haven't been to the gym, just walking and if it weren't for the heat I could probably walk miles.
Diet Progress - Finally hit the 10 pound mark. It only took a month and a half. I haven't tracked my points in awhile, though. Just try to eat better and less portions.
Exercise Progress - Nothing great. Just walking.

Week 8 update
Body - feeling lots of changes in my body lately. My love handles are getting smaller and my waist is as well.
Endurance - I hit 4 miles on the elliptical!!!!!! And I did it in about 34 minutes. My endurance is definitely getting better.
Diet Progress - Lost 2.4 this week for a total of 58 pounds now. Can't wait to hit 60!
Exercise Progress - Got to the gym everyday this past week and busted my butt each time. So happy with how I've been keeping up with my workouts!

I'll admit it, I've fallen off the horse a few times over the past 8 weeks. But I'm in a pretty good groove now. Back on WW, lost 2lbs last week. Hoping to lose another 10lbs, at least.
Been taking ZUMBA class 3x per week...which I LOVE! This week I plan to start my DVDs at home (power 90 and 30 day shred).

Week 9 update
Body - The new dressed pants I bought in the Spring are not completely baggy on me. I will have to buy another pair for the Fall. Some of the clothes I had bought after DS was born are still a bit too tight. They are 1/2 too small. I am hoping to wear them by next month.
Endurance - I don't really exercise but I noticed a lot less pain in my lower back. I am a lot less exhausted when I go up the stairs, etc...
Diet Progress - 3.6 Lbs. I did not realized I lost that much. I got yelled at again by WW for losing too fast.
Today I lost exactly 20 Lbs since I started 8 weeks ago.
Exercise Progress - Just running errands. No formal exercise. I did not even do my garden/yard.

Week 9 update
Body - My pants/shorts do not fit, they are falling off of me!
Endurance - Definitely better, still a work in progress. With C25K, I find it harder when they make us start/stop now whereas when I ran for straight 20 min. it was "easier". If that makes sense
Diet Progress - Down only 8lbs but definitely "feel" smaller. I am 2lbs away from being at my PP weight. Still doing weight watchers but have to shamefully admit that I do not track over the weekends!
Exercise Progress - C25K & Zumba & chasing my infant around. . .that counts, right?

Good for you. I'm surprised they yell at you at ww. I lost 20 pounds in 9 weeks and they never said anything negative to me about it. You are averaging a little over 2 pounds a week and I don't think that's too fast initially. Just as long as you are not doing anything drastic I think it's fine.

Body - I definitely fit better into some of my clothes (workout pants in particular that I wouldn't have DARED to wear a couple weeks ago ), but granted, they're not my OLD size. I wasn't comfortable in the NEW size! But when I'm done with WW, I should be back in old size. Just about 8-10 lbs to go!
Endurance - it's off and on...and I think it might be due to AF, but I had zero energy/motivation this week and could barely keep up.
Diet Progress - only lost .6 this week, so I'm down 5.6 lbs. Was NOT happy about that, I expected to do better than that on week 2, but again, I'm gonna blame it on AF.
Exercise Progress - Stroller Strides about 4x a week, and walking just about every day. Sometimes Stroller Strides isn't enough strength for me, but the other day, she really kicked it up a notch so I wonder if maybe I'm building more muscle this week? Look at me, with all the excuses! I already have tons of muscle so I doubt that's it...

Week 9
Body - still feeling pretty good and feeling a lot of changes in my body. I also feel like I'm getting stronger from all the work outs I've been doing.
Endurance - Hit 4.5 miles on elliptical and ran 5 minutes straight today with my trainer. He told me he feels as if I'm getting really strong and is pushing me even more now
Diet Progress - Ugh-so not good. I gained a pound this week. But I know it was from all the drinking at a party on Saturday night and I think within a day or 2 my body will be back to normal.
Exercise Progress - Have been at the gym 5 days and then with my personal trainer 2 days. I am so happy with my exercise routine right now.

Ok, I hope you have room for one more!! Maybe this will help to keep me more motivated... LOL
Exercise Plan: So for the past month and a half I have been (trying) to walk every day at 9am. Once we had that hot speill, I didn't do it and it took me out of the swing of things LOL.
Also, late at night, about 10ish, I have been doing the 30 day shred. I was on a roll of doing both each day and eating much better...but once the weather effected my routine, it effected ME
Diet Plan: I'm guessing this meaning eating...LOL I totally cut out the bad food... chips, fast food... All that. I now cook daily...in which I never used to. DH used to cook, adn yes, he cooks good...but no where near healthy, and no sides...just the meat LOL.
Goals: I plan to be back to the weight I was when I met DH... when I was 19. LOL. I gained all the weight I have now when my Father passed away in 2005...I didn't even realize I was gaining...or rather I didn't want to admit it to myself. I jsut kept buying bigger clothes. DH says he loves me either way, but I think I need to be healthy. If not for me, then at least for my son.

Week 10
Body – I feel better even though there is no change – or at least that I can see.
Endurance – It’s getting there. Had to start over from when I was on vaca, but it’s getting better.
Diet Progress – down 2.2. I’m so on track it scares me… I send my menus to a friend to keep me on track too!
Exercise Progress – Time is very limited – so far just doing c25k 2 days/week.

Week 10
Body ? Feeling more fit, clothes are getting baggy, fitting into some older, skinnier clothes.
Endurance ? Good, getting through my DVDs pretty easily, though with a good sweat so it's still challenging.
Diet Progress ? down 5.6 for a total of 36.5. Hoping to hit 40 soon. Still have issues passing up the M&Ms at my co workers desk though...
Exercise Progress ? Still doing Cardio Max and 30 day shred-alternating days, doing one every day. It's still working so I will keep with it.

Body: Definitely notice that clothes are fitting looser, though I still wonder if I'll ever feel toned again.
Endurance: It's up and down. Some days I'm flying, other days I'm dragging.
Diet Progress: -3.2 this week for a total of 8.8 lbs over 3 weeks on WW!
Exercise Progress: Stroller Strides at least 4 days a week, walking almost every day. I keep meaning to do 30ds on days I have to miss Stroller Strides, but this is where my endurance lags. I can't believe how hard that video is when you don't do it every day!!
