The Tree Fell Down!
Some of you may remember I posted last week (after our last big windy storm) about a town tree in front of my house that the town was dragging their heels removing.
Well Sunday morning, DH came and told me, "Guess what? That tree fell." Luckily, it fell in the road and didn't do damage to anyone's home or car.
So the town came and removed everything but the stump yesterday. We were surprised we didn't hear the tree fall, but when we looked at the stump last night, the tree appeared to be mostly hollow, so it probably wasn't so heavy.
