The walking dead season premier! Update-2nd episode eeewww!
Okay, so, anyone know why or have a good guess as to why Bob even went outside alone in the first place? Why was he crying? Also, was Carol going to leave? Maybe she doesn't forgive Rick for making her leave the group? Also, I noticed the car that took Beth had a cross on the back window, think it has something to do with the church they found? I wonder what this priest is hiding? If he even is a priest. So many questions after the second episode! And I was soooo sad and grossed out with what they did to Bob :( Rick was right, they should've all been killed!

I usually have a late night snack at around that time. Let's just say, I skipped it last night after watching that episode. And I'm unsure whether I'm going to have breakfast. YUCK!!!

Bob was bitten. That's why he went outside. Now Garth and Co are eating "infected" flesh, so that should be a fun reveal. I actually gagged when they said the line "You taste better than we thought you would" or whatever. GAGGED. 
My assumption over Carol leaving was that she didn't feel worthy being with them again after she did what she did. She didn't want anyone to forgive her or accept her actions, and she simply did not want to be a part of that group again.
I have no idea what that priest is hiding. I'm thinking when the apocalypse broke out that he boarded himself up in that church and didn't let actual survivors in with him. Maybe left them out to be a zombie snack? I'll be interested to learn his backstory.

Carol hopped in the car with Daryl when he took off after the people that kidnapped Beth. So they are together chasing the car with the cross in the back window.

Another good episode! I agree that Bob was bitten. I was waiting for him to lift up a sleeve or pant leg and show it. If he hadn't been bitten I'd be surprised.
I think Carol was leaving because she preferred being on her own and wasn't positive about being back with the group again.
I also thought maybe Beth's kidnappers and the priest were related, but not sure.

Yeah I got the sense that Bob was bitten and that's why he was crying outside by the tree. DH read the comic books and said that happened in the comic but to another character (it was the old guy i forget his name) and that the cannibals ate the infected flesh. Hoping thats what's happening here!
Not sure what the priest's deal is.

I think Bob was bit..but why did he take so long to turn then? Also, would the terminus freaks be harmed from eating his flesh if he had been bit?
I think they def know Bob from the past. Whether or not he was part of Terminus at some point, there have been so many references that they have crossed paths before.
The cannibal thing is gross..I mean the show has always been kinda gross, but watching them chew on bob's leg was vial!

ITA with all of this.
I was also thinking that maybe the reason the priest lasted so long (with no weapons and he seems like a real pu$$y) is because maybe he has protection from someone..........like the Terminus clan. Maybe he helped supply them with people or direct people that way and in return they kept him safe. Something has to be up because that church is immaculate, not one broken window or anything AND he somehow managed to get all the way into town with no weapons and never had a run in with a walker???  Doesn't seem plausible. Definitely something up with him.

I am holding back from googling Father Gabriel, because I really want to know what his deal is. I remember hearing he is a huge character, but last night gave no glimpse of that.

See, I was thinking he was the 'bait' for the hunters. That is how he survived so long, he lures people in with exchange for protection? I def. think Bob got bit, and that is why he was so sad, and went for the extra kiss from his girlfriend.

I remembered them turning faster, remember the guy from Woodbury and Andrea? It kinda seemed like it was too long for Bob. Is it possible he went outside to go to the bathroom or keep watch? Maybe he was just emotional from being in love with Sasha and her wanting to hold the baby.
I'm obsessed with Tyrese. When his character was being introduced people were so excited and I didn't get it. Now he is such a favorite of mine I will be devastated if anything happens to him.
Sasha is going to flip her sh*t when she finds out what happened to bob.
Father Gabriel is for sure up to no good and I also think there might be a connection to both terminus and that car.
Rick was soooo right about killing all the terminus people!

maybe the bite he possibly receieved wasn't fatal?
Which makes me wonder if bites aren't always fatal, why would they have amputate? Wasn't there something about the infection reacting the heart and killing them that way or am I totally pulling things from out of my a$$ (which I very well could be)?

Didn't they figure out that everyone is infected and once you die you turn? Usually the Zombies kill people and that is why they turn so quickly, but in Bob's case the bite wasn't fatal so that is why he didn't turn.

The dead corpse of anyone that dies for any reason will reanimate as a zombie, unless the brain of the individual is badly damaged or destroyed. When a person dies, the infection they carry reactivates critical areas of the brain that support necessary vital systems, resulting in reanimation. Because only a portion of the brain is reactivated, the reanimated person retains only a physical resemblance to their former self.
In the TV Series, it was stated that a corpse can reanimate between three minutes and eight hours after death.
The first cases of infection progressed through a state of fever, aches, and internal bleeding, and this illness ultimately was fatal. No problem lol it's also very likely that Bob won't die now (from the bite at least) since they cut his leg off, like Herschel. Terminus was trying to harm him but probably saved on lol I can't wait to see how this plays out, if he gets saved, now that he can't walk, he will hold the group back n won't be able to fight.
