The season is GREAT so far. Realllly good. I too love how they aren't dragging things out and every episode has been awesome to watch. It feels like The Walking Dead of season 1 in terms of how exciting it is, I can't wait for the next episode like when I first started watching years ago.
Dyyyyyyin to know more about what happened with Beth. Can't wait to find out!!!

The walking dead season premier! So that's what happened to Beth spoilers!
So the cars with the crosses are all at the hospital! I'm not totally getting what's going in there. The actor that plays Noah, what show or movie is he from? It's driving me crazy. I'm not digging this storyline.
Who the eff was in the woods with Daryl dammit?

I think Noah was in the wooda with Darryl and they are all gonna try to get beth and now carol.

Can they not handle multiple storylines at the same time? They forgot about beth for 3 episodes, now they are back on her only and now next week they'll go back to the others.
Can they not write them so that each week you get a little bit of each so you don't overdose on one storyline?

This reminded me when they had the governor with three back to back centric episodes last year. It was frustrating.
I didn't mind the Beth episode although it barely picked up until the last 15 minutes. Now we definitely know the group will go to find both Beth and Carol, if Carol doesn't go all Queen of the Apocalypse on the hospital first.
My assumption is that Daryl is with Noah, but that won't be confirmed next week either, as we are going to be with Abraham and Co. Another group I don't care about all that much, lol.

I hate this hospital story line. It's like Terminus but not quite as horrible.
My guess is that Daryl is with Noah in the woods and Carol intentionally planted herself to get taken by the hospital people. She and Beth are going to work together to try to get out, meanwhile Daryl, Noah, and the rest of Rick's group will come save them.

YES! I was actually really looking forward to this episode. I seem to be in the minority, but I actually really like Beth and was dying to know where she was. I actually liked that this was a different kind of episode, but I am not a fan of the episodes where tons of people get torn apart by zombies and there is all fighting and guns. I hope Beth makes it out alive, as I would love to see her go back to the group and prove everyone wrong!
That being said, I don't care about Abraham and Co AT ALL! Even Maggie I am just Eh on. She was OBSESSED with finding Glenn when they were apart and her sister is missing and she is all like "Going to DC, check you later".  I just have this feeling they are going to get the Mullet to DC and people are going to die to get him there and he won't be able to solve anything......

I thought it was OK. I was pretty shocked to see the bus flip; to be honest.
Of course I forget his name; but the red-headed man. I assume his flashbacks are of his wife and kids; and is anyone thinking he used to beat them? That is why is temper is a bit too elevated at times?
I assume they were killed by walkers??
Coming attractions: Carol is with Darryl in the car; so I guess shes comes out of the hospital....eventually.

I thought the same thing about Abraham but they discussed it on Talking Dead. He said the people he initially killed had been his neighbors prior to the Apocalypse. He went out on a supply run and they raped his wife. He killed them in a rage. His wife & kids were shocked at his brutality and became afraid of him. (He explained it as they never saw "daddy at worK"). They ran away and were killed by walkers. His mission to protect them was over (almost commited suicide) but he was given a brand new mission in getting mullet-head to DC.

I really do like having one thread to go to on this.

I was kind of bored with this episode. Basically all I got out of it was that Eugene is a liar (and also very strange) and the red head guy has major temper issues and seems mentally unstable.
I'm looking forward to next week when they get back to Beth's storyline.

There was a huge amount of character development.
Abraham - we know his back story regarding his family. We know that something happened where he snapped & killed people with a soup can & scared his family enough that they left him because they felt unsafe. (There is a comic book backstory discussed on Talking Dead but I don't want to spoil it if someone hasn't seen it). We know that even though Eugene manipulated Abraham, in the end, he saved his life by giving him a mission - even if it was a false one.
Rosita - we know that while she voices her own opinion to Abraham, she will defer to him in front of others. Except for when it really counts. She had her hand by her gun & she was ready to use it on Abraham despite having a relationship with him to save Eugene.
Eugene - we know that he relies on people to save him because he didn't have enough confidence to save himself. He's slowly gaining more confidence. We also know he's manipulative enough to do anything to keep himself alive despite having been responsible for many deaths of people that helped him along the way. Also while he lied about being able to save the world, he truly believes DC to be a safe place & that's why he wants to go there.

The walking dead season premier! Week 5 updates on page 4,
I thought it was boring too. We watched it on it DHs new tv that has some sound bar thing and I literally jumped when the bus flipped but that was the only excitement for me.
I called Eugene being a liar immediately, I'm a little surprised Abraham was so tricked. I think eugene might be dead actually, no loss there.
I'm dying to know if the rest of the crew is on their way to that hospital to clean up! Lol
I'm glad Maggie and Glenn showed some concern about leaving the group.
How sick was that massive herd? And they were yelling and making so much noise, how come the herd didn't come toward them?
So pissed that the half season is nearly over!
