Those who have olive skin and/or had a dark linea negra...

when did it start to fade? Did it ever go away completely? If so, how long did it take? I'm only 3 weeks PP but wondering when this DARK line is going to at least start to fade!

I had a dark line - I can't remember exactly when it went away - but it did. I actually didn't even get it until about 30 weeks with this pregnancy, and it's much lighter so far

it can take a LONG while for it to go away. I know people who have had it 20 months after they had their DC.

I am 17 months pp and you can still see a trace of it! I really thought that it would never go away completely. By 5 months it faded a good deal though.

I never had one, but I just had to say that your DD looks SO much like you in your avatar pic!!! I can't believe she's already going to be a month old soon!

I have olive skin and I had a dark line. first 4-6 mos it really faded, but it took almost a year for it to completely go away (I had a barely noticeable line lower, close to my C/S incision for the longest time)

I don't have Olive skin but I had a dark Linea Negra. Well, I'm 6 months PP and I still have the line. It is not as dark as it used to be though.

I am 5 1/2 months PP and it's decreased significantly. I find exfoliating the area definitely helps!

I have olive skin. I think it took mine 6 months before it totally went away. It kinda faded and got wider before it went away.
