Those who sold a home recently (Long Island)
How long did it take to sell your home? and HOw much below asking price did you accept?

We just sold our townhouse after about 8 months on the market.
Edited to add:
We took about 20 less then asking price.

Our house was only on the market for 1 month. But we came down a lot in price. RE agent originally listed it for 349 (which I thought was too much anyway!)
So I had him relist it for 334, we sold for 315. We were anxious to get out though.
