Those with nanny/sitter - Do you pay for CPR classes for them?
I'm happy to hear my nanny tell me she wants to refresh her CPR skills and we're looking at classes/courses that work for her schedule. Should I pay for the class for her? Pay for her time to attend it?
When I was a FTWM, my co was HUGE into safety and I was paid for my time at the class and the course fee was paid by my co. -- should I be doing the same for her?

Personally, I would pay for the class but not her time to attend it.

we are having a CPR person come to our apt to do an in home lesson after work. this will be outside of our nanny's regular hours, so we are paying her the typical OT rate.

This is what I'm leaning towards -- either pay for the class, or her time but not both.

If she's going to be with you for a while, pay for both. She's going to do it for your child. Shouldn't be on her free time.
