Time frame for CVS, Maternity21 and Verifi?

My first OB appt is 10 weeks. Is this too late for any of these tests?
My RE recommended a test to rule out chromosomal issues being that I have damage to my ovaries and my quality is questionable.
I'm only 32 so I know my ins will not cover unfortunately.
Anyone know the OOP price for any of these? TIA!

I had the MaterniTi21 done at 22 weeks because her level 2 came up with a marker for Down Syndrome. I was 38 at the time. Our insurance covered it, but I hear from a lot of people when it first came out it wasn't covered.

I don't think it's ever too late for maternit21, there is only a minimum of 10 weeks. Verifi is probably similar to maternit21.
You can call maternit21 and verifi to ask their pricing. Maternit21 is out of network for me and they told me I'd have to pay $200 under their patient assistance program. My OB suggested panorama, but it would have cost a lot more.

Verifi can be done any time after 10 weeks. I had it done at 10.5 weeks and had results back in less than 2 weeks.

Did insurance cover it?

I think so. My understanding is these companies will only do the test in NY if you fit certain criteria: 35+, prior chromosomally abnormal pregnancy, abnormal scan with this pregnancy, elevated bloodwork, family history, etc. I qualified because I had a loss due to a trisomy. I would ask your Dr if you can qualify -- I dont think you can just elect to do this test in NY like you can in some other states. And, if you can qualify, insurance would likely cover it...

Edit: I am 29 and dont fit any of the other criteria

I did the Verifi at 10 weeks and had the results back in one week. Since the results were okay, we skipped the CVS, but did have an amnio since it's far more detailed.

Dr Cohen offered me the MaterniT21 after the 12 week scan, but my numbers came back with low risk. In addition, no.abnormalities were seen at my 12, 16, 20, or 32 week scans with the MFM. So I declined it.

When did you get the initial bloodwork to check for this stuff? First appt with him is Monday- 10 weeks exactly.
Will he do a sono or wait for the 12 week scan? That is the NT scan right?

I had my 1st appointment at 7 weeks, due to a miscarriage scare when my RE was not available. At my first appointment Dr Shapiro took my initial blood work/and the Counsyl blood work.

The next one at 10w. I met Dr Cohen who was assigned to me, he classified me as high risk and because I am having twins I get a sono at every appointment. Dr Cohen took the blood for the NT scan at my 10w appointment.

I saw him every 2-4 weeks from 7 weeks until 26 weeks. Every 2 weeks from 26 to 34 weeks. Now I am weekly until 38 weeks. My c section is scheduled at 38 weeks.
