TMI: Hard Green Poop!! 14 month old

DS had a stomach bug last weekend..just vomited twice...he has since been fine and eating normally. His stool has been somewhat hard since then. Today it was hard and lime green.

He is eating fruit and veggies everyday like usual according to daycare.

yesterday he had: yogurt and banana
lunch: daycare: hamburger
snack:peaches
late snack: yogurt

dinner: Nature' promise mac and cheese and avocado 1/2.
20oz of milk for the day.

Any insight?


ETA: he just started with a cold again too yesterday.

ahh the lime green poop lol my daughters would be like a turquoise- totally weird. Soooo u called her doctor up and i showed him and he said it was normal sometimes the body breaks down foods different or more faster or slower then other times but he assured me that it was okay- i still thought it was weird but at that point what can ya do. I mean she is 2 years old now and she is totally healthy. If you feel more comfy bring a sample in to your doctor, rather be safe then sorry right.

I remember Mason having green poop once in a while not too long ago. It was around the time he was going through a growth spurt and eating more. Other than that he seemed perfectly fine so I wasn't too worried. It was sporadic throughout the week then I haven't seen it since. Keep an eye on him and if it happens again you can always call your Ped for any questions or concerns

DS just did this (it as chartreuse colored!) while we were at the ped's office last night so I asked and she said it just meant it traveled through his system faster and was nothing to worry about!
