Transition to 1 nap with twins
My twins are 15 months- almost 16. DD fights her second nap most days and I think is ready to give it up and do 1. But DS still needs 2. Do I take them off same schedule? Gulp - nervous about my time then. Or maybe just do it for 1 month - letting DS have his 2 and DD only 1. Then transition DS to 1 also so they are back together? Advice? BTDT?
TIA!

Re: Transition to 1 nap with twins
With my twins, I always had them on the same schedule. When one of them dropped his naps, the other one still needed it. So I just had 1-1 time with him while his brother slept.
I think naps is the one thing you can't force. One of my kids stopped completely napping at a year old. They are 4 now and his brother would still nap if he could.

I also did 1 on 1 time with 1 DD because she didn't want that second nap after awhile. On some days, she was tired enough and joined her sister... I found creative things for her to do while I still got things done
