Treadmill - iFIT Workout Series Recs
Got any??
Right now I am loving their power walking programs but I want to get back into running so I am interested in their walk/run beginner series as well.
Any workouts you can recommend? I love getting on my treadmill and trying new workouts keeps it fun and interesting. Thanks!

I just get on the treadmill and count down the minutes until I'm done... you mean running can be fun and interesting and not just something that you know you really need to do?

What if I just turn the treadmill on for a few miles while I sit next to it playing on my phone...
