I am ok with the pooch.... what I want is my boobs back where mother nature intended them to be
Same here! I'd rather get a boob job for these saggies.

I don't doubt that there are doctors who will do a tummy tuck and a C-section at the same time but my doctor firmly advised against it and gave me many reasons. If you google "C-section tummy tuck," you will get some interesting information. I hope to have a tummy tuck at some point.
you definetly can, i know someone who did it....u have tofind the right dr though
I would not do it at the same time as a C/S after the way it was explained to me. The uterus is still enlarged, so how can the possibly get the same results? Blood flow is increased from the pregnancy, so there is more blood loss. Even the skin is different, from pregnancy. Now that it was explained to me, I would not do anything extra while my body is in that state. I asked about it and I am usually one to inquire over and over again but I felt like I got a thorough answer. I am certain that some doctors do it and I am certain that they are capable of getting good results. It's just not how I would want to do it now.

Re: tummy tuck
I don't know anyone who's ever had one and I don't think I would ever do it either.

Same here! My BF got a tummy tuck years ago and I will never forget how much pain she was in after it. It's very intense surgery and honestly her results were not great.

Re: tummy tuck
I would think that if you do it at the same then it would be cheaper tham doing it after because you're already put out etc. I would definitely explore the idea. However I would think the recovery would be longer and more painful than just a csection.

Re: tummy tuck
Some womens' abdomens are rather distended after having c-sections. Even a week later, they still look PG. I cannot imagine that the uterus snaps back into place so fast. I would definitely wait a significant amount of time after my last child is born before I would consider it. I wouldn't care if its done or not - it aint happening on me so fast. I think it would be rather irresponsible medicine - JMO.
ETA:I do plan on having a tummy tuck eventually.
