Ugh...jury duty
Normally I would never complain about getting jury duty. I just got my summons for Oct. 30th.
For the past 8 years, I have taken off from work for Halloween. It is MY holiday to spend with my kids, my nephew & niece.
Can I dress as an absent juror or the invisible woman?
So annoyed!

Can you postpone? I was just summoned on the week my mom is planning to visit for a few days, so I called and postponed. They let me postpone for 2 years since I have a baby!! Even if you don't want to do that, they said I could just pick another date within the next 6 weeks.
