I'm interested in seeing the results of this poll. We are unexplained secondary infertility, and haven't had any luck yet.  (2 medicated IUIs, 1 natural)

i have unexplained secondary infertility.
i did 3 IUI's that were unssuccesful , then my first IVF i got PG with twins!!

When I was TTC #1 I got pregnant with one unmedicated IUI. Now we are TTC #2 and had a medicated (Clomid) IUI which failed and I had a second medicated IUI 19 days ago and I am pregnant BUT............my hcG levels have been low and rising slowly so right now I am in the waiting game. This pregnancy can go either way. I have another beta on Tuesday.

we have unexplained infertility as well (i'm not familiar with the term secondary unexplained infertility)
i just had my 4th medicated IUI and am in the 2WW.
IVF is not an option for us
i think everyone is different.. so you just keep your head up and think positive each month!

I think everyone is different.. so you just keep your head up and think positive each month!
If you don't mind me asking, why is IVF not an option? I am, perhaps, on the brink of making decisions and I am just trying to get educated on what others have done. I know these are very personal decisions, so please by all means, tell me to shut up, if you feel I am intruding

Secondary unexplained infertility means that you've gotten pregnant before without any problems. I have a DD who was conceived on our 4th cycle trying - we had no issues then - now, TTC #2, we have been trying for nearly a year, unsuccessfully.

I have unexplained infertility however on DH initial sperm sample they were was a very slight motility issue. We did one unmedicated IUI-BFN, we then did clomid/IUI I became pregnant and m/c at 8 weeks. We then did a 3rd IUI/Clomid and BFN. DH's samples were all very good for these IUI's so who knows.
I too am deciding about moving to something else. I did get pregnant so I may try one or two more times!
