UPDATE 12DPO*Alright- How long after HCG will you get a false positive?
So I tested Monday and line was really faint, could barely see it. And here's my test from this AM

Alright- How long after HCG will you get a false positive?
How much HCG and when was your trigger?
With my first IVF I tested out my trigger by day 6. On day 8 (3dp5dt) I got the faintest of faint positives and it just kept getting darker from there.

The Dr did it in office so I'm not sure how much Ovidrel was in the syringe. Our insurance didn't cover it so he supplied it for us. It was on March 29th.

Alright- How long after HCG will you get a false positive?
Generally the rule is 1 day per 1000 HCG..or something like that. Right now you are 6 days past trigger. How dark was the line? What test did you use?

Honestly it is most likely the shot. You are only day 6. Wait a couple more days to test again. Good luck!

I agree- I'd retest on Monday or Tuesday. The shot *should* be out of your system by then, and you should have a more accurate result at that point. Good Luck

Same thing w me this morning- my ovidrel was 250 mcg
