Update on Me - FINALLY home from the hospital
So this gall bladder problem I have been having seems like it's FINALLY over 
I was supposed to be scheduled to have my gall bladder removed on Oct 9th, but that's just not the way it happened 
Long story short (kinda)
I had an attack on Tuesday, Wednesday and then again on Thursday last week. I called the doc and they put me in for emergency surgery on Friday. They did the surgery and took out 15-20 stones measuring about 1-2mm each. All was fine and I was sent home on Saturday.
I was home only a few hours and I had another attack (this one lasted 6+ hours) so we rushed back to the ER at 1:30AM. This attack was so bad! It took 2 vicotin and 2 shots of morphine in order to get comfy! 
Apparently, there was still a stone hanging out in my common bile duct which could not be reached via surgery and was not seen on a CAT scan or an MRI. I was re-admitted and had two more attacks in the hospital (thank God for quick nurses and morphine!). I had an ERCP prodecure done on Tuesday where they go put a scope down my throat and go into the duct. They took out a good-sized stone which measured about 5mm.
I am home now and feeling good! It's a good feeling to know that it's all past me and I can recover and get back to normal. Thanks for all your support

Wow I remember when that happened to me. I have my gallbladder out but just becareful--attacks can still happen if you eat the foods that trigger the original gallbladder attacks. Usually foods that contain fats/grease. Just monitor your diet and you should be fine.
