UPDATED!! Letter from the Department of Health Services
If he has been with his wife for 13 years, that would mean he was with this woman, presumably, more than 13 years ago. I honestly have no idea how it works, but I'd think that they would know that she hasn't had the disease for 13+ years. It seems odd that they would still have to contact him knowing that their time together was so long ago.

Wow Glad this ended well!
Results in 10 minutes? Where was this test back when I got tested. 2 WEEKS I had to wait!! It was torture
Then the second time (after a cheating boyfriend) I had to wait 4 WEEKS because they messed up and used the wrong vile and had to re-do it. The whole thing was torture

I was shocked too. I though he would have to wait 4-6 weeks or something. I guess that is super old school.
His wife was a little miffed but shes over it and just glad that he is ok.
What a day. From just stopping over to see my sweet niece to a roller coaster ride.
I told him that after this I need a stiff drink lmao.
