I tracked it on FedEx and it says that the estimated delivery is Monday. I don't know if that's because they don't deliver on Saturday or because tracking information says it was not actually shipped yet. I'm not sure if yours says the same thing.
Mine is from FedEx and says it will be here on Monday.

I don't think $30 for an unlimited plan is that bad. They could have went $40-45 in true Verizon fashion.
I'll be very curious to see how the data speeds of this Verizon iPhone stack up to ATT's iPhone. I can't see it being a fair fight as ATT's HPSA+ network is way faster than Verizon's EVDO 3G. When Verizon has an LTE capable iPhone out, might be a closer comparison. But by then ATT will probably have 4G out by then so who knows.

DH ordered mine at 8am with no problem. He was eligible for an upgrade and I wasn't so, I used his upgrade.  The only bad thing about that is that when the phone comes, we'll have to go to the store (which I'm sure will be INSANELY BUSY) to switch the phone to my number. I'm really excited, though! 
I have to switch mine too but I spoke to a rep and was told all I had to do was activate it under DH's line first then call and have the numbers switched. No need to go to the store.

Is anyone else having a hard time checking the staus of their order? Every time I try, it tells me the page is not available.

I had the same issue until I got the shipping notification. Now I can see my tracking number.

I ordered mine around 3:30 am on Thursday and they sent the shipping notification at 7 am the next morning. It wasn't actually picked up until today and it says it should arrive on Monday, but we'll see.

I got my shipping notification last night at like 8:30pm. It's in transit from PA via FedEx, expected delivery Monday by 3pm.
I called 611 to have them check on my order to make sure nothing was wrong with my credit card or anything. You might want to give them a call just to check.
