Visa/Amex Gift Cards
Is there any place to get these that don't charge fees per card?
I looked on the websites, and they wanted $4.95 per card as a fee

Visa/Amex Gift Cards
Most of the general cards that you buy even in CVS charge a fee now. I think that the ones you can get from TD dont charge a fee but you have to have an account there.

Those cards always have a fee (I think), even when you buy them in a store. But AmEx is having a "sale" with no purchase fees on gift cards and free shipping
