Weekly menu 2-17-13
Tonight- Homemade chicken noodle soup
Mon.- Balsamic glazed pork loin, baked rice and peas
Tues.- Chicken pot pie soup with cheddar garlic biscuits
Wed.- Spaghetti with meat sauce and ricotta for DH and kids, spaghetti squash for me
Thurs.- pork souvlaki, lemon potatoes, sauteed zucchini, pita/tzatziki sauce
Fri.- take out

Well...it's Tuesday...and I'm updating this because Peapod was out of a TON of stuff this week...I don't know why they didn't substitute...I can't imagine the ENTIRE store was out of bacon. Oh well.
Friday: Dinner with the girls at Press195
Saturday: DH and I were out east for the night at the wineries, so we ate at Cliff's Elbow room.
Sunday: Zum Stammtisch with family
Monday: Grilled shrimp in spaghetti and homemade sauce
Tuesday: ST Chicken Enchiladas
Wednesday: ST Quick Skillet Steak w/ a side of baked sweet potatoes
Thursday: Bubba burgers w/ cheese, Ore Rida fries, and a side salad

Sat - vegetable barley soup and cheese toasties
Sun - homemade pizza with eggplant and veggie 'meat'balls
Mon - leftovers
Tue - spinach and chive linguini in olive oil and garlic, with spinach and sun dried tomatoes
Wed - tofu stirfry with snap peas and mushrooms
Thu - spinach tortellini. ..either with sauce or in a soup
Fri - not sure

Weekly menu 2-17-13
Mon: Pretzel crusted chicken with cheddar beer sauce, roasted broccoli, rice pilaf
Tues: Rigatoni with spinach and sweet sausage, garlic knots and Caesar salad
Weds: Scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit salad and blueberry buttermilk biscuits
Thurs: Leftovers
Fri: BBQ brisket quesadillas, chips and guacamole, roasted corn salad
Sat: Black bean burgers, roasted potatoes, sautéed green beans

Mon: Pretzel crusted chicken with cheddar beer sauce
I make pretzel chicken w/ DS - we use 1/2 ground pretzels and 1/2 breadcrumbs. I coat the chicken in honey mustard sauce before breading.

Sunday: MIL's house Monday: Take Away Tuesday: Appointment.. boys will eat at my sisters, Rob and I will grab something to go. Wednesday: Beef Stew with homemade herb bread and house salad Thursday: Buffalo Chicken sandwiches on whole wheat rolls, carrot & celery sticks Friday: Seared cod, cous cous, sauteed spinach Saturday: Bolognese sauce with pasta, salad and garlic bread

Sunday - leftover Pork Carnitas tacos with spicy guacamole
Monday - penne with broccoli rabe and garlic
Tuesday - grilled chicken, grilled asparagus with balsamic glaze
Wednesday - BLTs with avocado, kale chips
Thursday - leftover grilled chicken with some kind of Asian dipping sauce, edamame, brown rice
Friday -Roasted Mexican cod , avocado and arugula salad

Sat: BBQ ST Zucchini Turkey burgers, Hot dogs, beans and baked fries
Sun: Oven Roasted Chicken surrounded by potatoes and carrots with salad
Mon: Leftover Polish night, few different kinds of sausage, potato & onion, meat, and sauerkraut & mushroom pierogies, and fresh rye bread
Tues: Dad's Birthday. Traditional Armenian Meat and Cheese Bouregs. Sort of like Greek spinach pie, only individually wrapped in dough and then fried or baked
Wed: Taco night! beef and shredding the leftover chicken from Sunday with fresh guac, rice & beans and all the fixins
Thurs: Leftovers
Fri: Pizza

Monday BBQ beer crock pot chicken on whole wheat rolls
Tuesday garlic mustard glazed pork tenderloin with a side of sautéed Brussel sprouts
Wednesday creamy avocado pasta
Thursday chicken quesadillas
Friday homemade sourdough bread bowls with soup, maybe coconut curry soup or broccoli cheese
Saturday sauerbraten with braised red cabbage. might do knedliky or Semmelknödel. Depends on how ambitious I am.

Sunday - cheeseburgers on whole wheat buns, homemade french fries, mixed veggies
Monday - baked ziti with veggies, brussell sprouts (my new favorite food!!)
Tuesday - slowcooker chili with turkey meat
Wednesday - leftover chili over baked potatoes (made in slowcooker, first time trying this)
Thursday - homemade pizza, whole wheat crust, fresh mozz
Friday - leftovers

Monday: Chicken tacos
Tuesday: Pork tenderloin, leftover roasted potatoes, and some type of vegetable
Wednesday: ST Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps (sliders for DH) and salad
Thursday: ST Tuna Noodle Casserole and a salad or vegetable
Friday: ST Teriyaki Salmon with brown rice and steamed green beans
Also going to make a Thai Butternut Soup recipe I saw in the most recent Cooking Light to rotate in for lunches, etc.

Sunday : Sunday Dinner at MIL's pasta with pepper sauce, roast beef, mushrooms, and baked onions
Monday: MIL's Manicotti and my Caesar Salad
Tuesday: Osso Bucco with Roasted potatos (also MIL's... great week for not having to cook much ;)
Wed: Brocolli Raab , Pork Tenderloin and Rice Pilaf
Thurs: Grilled Chicken Breast with Baked Cajun Sweet Potatoe Fries
Fri: Baked Salmon and orzo with butter and parmesan
Saturday: Leftovers
ETA: I made a Butternut squash and apple soup on Monday
