***Weekly Menu *** 3/27
Sat: OUT for friend's birthday
Sun: Baked Apple Pork Chops, Au Gratin Potatoes, and Steamed Veggies
Mon: Empanada's Cross between Jess & Haley's recipes with yellow rice & beans
Tues: BBQ Steak, leftover Au Gratin Potatoes, & Steamed mixed Veggies
Wed: Chicken & Mushrooms in a garlic wine sauce, Rice Pilaf with peas, and Burnt Broccoli
Thurs: Leftovers
Fri: Pizza

Friday: Chicken Stirfry and Vegetable Fried Rice
Saturday: Ropa Vieja and Cilantro Lime Rice
Sunday: Spaghetti with Marinara Sauce (Giada) and Mixed Green Salad
Monday: Chicken Stirfry leftovers
Tuesday: Taco Night
Wednesday: Out- Teaching an evening class

DH's menu for the week
Sunday- stuffed peppers w/ garlic potatoes
Monday- chicken stuffed w/ cranberry stuffing and sweet potato fries
Tuesday- cajun blackened chicken alfredo w/ peppers and onions
Wednesday- chicken w/ peppers and vegetable fried rice
Thursday- Peanut chicken w/ paneer masala, spinach and naan bread
Friday- mango chicken sausage w/ mango chutney and veggies
Saturday- chicken skewers w/ alfedo pasta and corn

Monday - mushroom and truffle ravioli
tues - chicken in white wine sauce, roasted broccoli
wed - turkey tacos
thurs - leftovers
friday - french dip in slowcooker with melted provolone cheese on portuguese rolls
sat - spinach lasagna rollups (saw on this board, thanks!!)

Tuesday: Science Fair - out for 'za
Wednesday: Panko Crusted pork chops, Green Bean saute, Apple sauce, Roast potatoes
Thursday: Pasta with Peas, Garlic Toast, Salad
Friday: Ginger Soy salmon, Edamame, Brown Rice, Asian Style Salad
Saturday: We're out.. but I dont' remember why??

Weds: Penne w/walnut pesto, chicken sausage, garlic bread

Fri: Baked lemon tilapia, roasted balsamic veggies, sweet potato mash
Sat: Chicken satay, peanut sauce, jasmine rice

Mon- Left over's, We had company yesterday-catered tons of food & have so much food.
Tue- Bow Tie Pasta, brocoli, sundried tom w/ butter sauc
Wed- baked Chicken cutlets w/mozz, plum tom w/ balsamic sauce & mashed potatos
Thur-Pannins
Fri- Homemade pizza
sat- Chinese food

tuesday - fish tacos, black beans and chipotle slaw
wednesday - turkey meatloaf and red rice

Sat - NCAA party... tacos and quesaldillas

Monday - spice rubbed roasted chicken breasts, quinoa/brown rice, salad
Tuesday - tacos
Wednesday - working late, leftovers
Thursday - pasta w/pesto sauce maybe
Friday - broiled citrus marinated cod, sweet potato fries, steamed snap peas
Saturday - out to dinner in the City for my birthday

Sat: chinese
Sun: no dinner, late lunch
Mon: mussels simmered in garlic and whilte wine over perciatelli, roasted asparagus
Tues: roasted chicken, white rice, black beans, avacado salad
Wed: pot roast with potatoes and carrots, spicy garlicky brussel sprouts
Thurs: salmon stir fry with baby bok choy, water chestnuts and bamboo shoots over rice
Fri: homemade pizza night. olives, spinach, hot peppers

SAT - My girlfriends threw me a "Sprinkle" so I had a huge lunch and brought food home for DH and DS.
SUN - Marinated Flank Steak, Baked potatoes, Steamed Broccoli
MON - Cheeseburgers, Fries, Salad
TUES - Buffalo Chicken wraps, celery & carrots w/ blue cheese
WED - Turkey Stuffed Peppers, Salad
THUR - Chicken sausage w/ peppers & onions, Rice pilaf
FRI - Homemade Pizza
