***Weekly Menu *** 4/2
So we're having a {mostly} SkinnyTaste week. let's see how it goes
Saturday: BBQ Burger/dogs, Baked fries, cucumber/tomato salad
Sun: Mom's cooking for my sister's birthday
Mon: Rice Ball Casserole
Tues: Coconut Chicken Salad
Wed: PW Lemon Pasta (lightened up using all low-fat ingredients), Salad and crusty bread
Thurs: Grilled Chicken with Spinach and Melted Mozzarella
Fri: Pizza
eta: One of these nights we're going to have baked banana for dessert

Saturday: Probably takeout - visiting friends during the day
Sunday: Stewed Chicken
Monday:BBQ Chicken, sauteed zucchini, salad
Tuesday: Ham steaks, green beans, salad
Wednesday: Teryake Salmon and Stir fried veggies
Thursday: Leftovers
Friday: Out to dinner with friends
Going to make something up for the stewed chicken - thinking of doing something spicy in the crockpot.
This is a boring week, using up some stuff in the freezer!

Friday: Penne with Giada's Marinara Sauce mixed with Ground Turkey and Mixed Green Salad
Saturday: Spicy Thai Beef and Asian Veggies
Sunday: Crockpot Santa Fe Chicken and Tortillas
Monday: Penne leftovers
Tuesday: Thai Beef leftovers
Wednesday: Taco Night

Tues.- Slow cooker beef stew with carrots, onions and mashed potatoes
Wed.- Pork and sauerkraut with pierogies
Thurs.- Chicken orzo soup with grated romano cheese and sandwiches

Monday: home late, not cooking
Tuesday: Mexican Pasta Dish

Friday: shrimp and veggie stir fry

Monday: Porterhouse Steak, Burnt Broccoli, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Caesar Salad
Tuesday: Turkey Stuffed Peppers, Cucumber Salad
Wednesday: Asian Glazed Chicken, Sauteed Snow Peas, Seasoned Wild Rice
Thursday: Ravioli, Chicken Sausage, Garlic Breadsticks, Wilted Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing.
Friday: Homemade Fish Sticks w/tartar sauce, Corn, Tossed Green Salad w/Basil Vinaigrette
Saturday: German food fest at my friend's home: Saurbraten, Spaetzle, Noodle Kugel, Potato dumplings and Lord knows what else!

saturday - homemade ground chicken tacos, empanadas, chipotle ranch sauce
sunday - sisters for dinner
monday - leftover tacos/empanadas
tuesday - thin slice pork chops breaded, mashed sweet potatoes, roasted broccoli, applesauce
wednesday - marinated london broil, pasta with pesto, spinach
thursday -fish tacos, chipotle slaw, black beans (never made it last week cause we had so much leftover other stuff!)
friday - leftovers

Mon: roasted whole chicken with roasted root veggies, sauteed zucchini
Tues: beef veggie stew, warmed baguette
Wed: chicken tacos (made with leftover chicken from Monday) black beans, avocado salad
Thurs: pork chops in dijon cider cream sauce, mashed potatoes, sauteed french green beans
Fri: blackened halibut, asparagus risotto, salad
