Weekly Menu 7/21
Figure we should start this up again!
Sun: Salsa chicken casserole, avocado salad
Mon: Teriyaki pork chops, roasted sweet potatoes, lemon broccoli
Tues: BBQ burgers, cole slaw, kettle chips
Weds: Leftovers
Thurs: Homemade pizza, salad
Fri: Crockpot jerk chicken, quinoa almond salad, sautéed peppers

Sun.- take out
Mon.- crockpot bbq ribs, roasted cauliflower, corn and baked beans
Tues.- breaded flounder, roasted brussel sprouts, baked potatoes
Wed.- Slow cooker sweet & sour chicken, jasmine rice
Thurs.- Out
Fri.- Dinner w/ parents

Sunday: Ordered in Greek
Monday: Leftover ST Spinach Baked Ziti
Tuesday: Frittatas and Toast
Wednesday: Shrimp Scampi with Orzo and Arugula
Thursday: Cheeseburger Pie, Green Salad
Friday: Possibly homemade pizza - with goat cheese, proscuitto and arugula
Saturday: ?

Haven't done this in a long while, need to get back on track.
Monday : Pasta salad with shrimp.
Tuesday : Hamburgers, mashed potatoes, sauteed squash/mushrooms/onions.
Wednesday : leftover London Broil, pasta with sauteed eggplant, sundried tomatoes and asiago cheese.
Thursday : Chicken thighs and yellow rice, tomato salad.
Friday : Hot dogs with the works, homemade cole slaw.
Saturday : not planned yet

SUN - returned from Chicago with some leftover Giordano's stuffed pizza!  Had that with some pasta salad. SO. GOOD.
MON - ordered Chinese.
TUE - Semolina bread, toasted...with grilled eggplant and zucchini, pesto and mozzarella...side of something, not sure what yet!
WED - grilled soy dogs, grilled corn, potato salad
THU - Swiss cheese sandwiches, tomato/red pepper soup
FRI - Mushroom ravioli and salad
SAT - not sure yet
