Crockpot Monday - beef stroganoff
Tuesday - Skinny Taste Cajun Chicken Pasta
Wednesday - Crispy Salmon with Wilted Spinach, garlic parmesan noodles
Thursday - Breaded Chicken Cutlet with tortellini ala vodka
Friday - pizza
Saturday - clean out fridge night

Sat: BBQ hamburgers & hotdogs with baked sweet potato fries & pickles
Sun: Church picnic: Shish kebob, pilaf, grilled veggies etc
Mon: salsa-chicken over yellow rice with black beans
Tues: ST spinach-lasagna-rolls, salad & garlic bread stick
Wed: BBQ Steak, roasted butternut squash tossed with sage & orange zest and ST roasted-parmesan-green-beans
Thurs: Leftovers
Fri: Pizza

Friday: Indian Chicken Puffs and ST Roasted Acorn Squash with Brown Sugar
Saturday: Roasted Tandoori Chicken and Tomato and Zucchini Gratin
Sunday: Panko Breaded Flounder and Green Beans Sauteed in Garlic and Oil
Monday: Chicken Puffs Leftover
Tuesday: Pasta in Marinara Sauce with Garden Salad
Wednesday: Pizza Delivery (gotta start baking for DD's birthday party!)

Tuesday - grilled vegetable quesadillas with sliced avocado and pico de gallo

Thursday - DH is out, french bread pizzas for the kids and me with corn on the side
Friday - pumpkin french toast, scrambled eggs, sliced melon
Saturday - out to dinner at Roy's

Sat - turkey taco cups, black beans, homemade guac
Sun - ziti with meatballs, simple italian salad
Mon - honey mustard chicken thighs with mustard roasted baby potatoes
Tues - marinated skirt steak with cheesy orzo & spinach
Wed - homemade shake n' bake drumsticks, cornbread, butter lettuce salad
Thurs - baked tortellini, caesar salad
Friday - appetizer night! potato skins, mini chicken tacos, spinach-artichoke dip and banana splits with homemade whipped cream for dessert

Sunday- Sausage & Pepper Heros, with tomato and fresh mozzarella salad
Monday- Grilled Chicken with tortellini with butter, cheese and Parsley and salad.
Tuesday- Homemade veggie pizza with tomato and zucchini, and salad
Wednesday- Chicken rolled with asparagus and cheese with roasted potatoes
Thursday- leftovers
Friday- not sure. . . . .
Saturday- not sure

I haven't posted my menu in ages! Our DS schedule gets crazy again this week so I'm trying to make a few things ahead on Sundays.
Saturday - Chicken Tortellini Soup w/ whole wheat baguette
Sunday - Penne Bake w/ spinach & tomatoes (Bev Cooks) but I added Hot Italian Turkey Sausage.
Ricotta stuffed tomatoes (They were so yummy!)
Monday - Buffalo Chicken Panini's, baked butternut squash "fries"
Tuesday - PW Beer Braised Beef w/ onions, Mashed Potatoes, String Beans w/shallots & pancetta
Wednesday - ST Broccoli & Cheese Stuffed Chicken, Roasted Cauliflower, Rice Pilaf
Thursday - ST Asian Turkey Meatballs w/ Lime sesame dipping sauce, Brown Rice, Roasted asparagus
Friday - PIZZA

Monday: Spinach & Mushroom quesadillas, Bean salad
Tuesday: Potato, onion, spinach & cheese frittata
Wednesday: Baked stuffed eggplant, house salad
Thursday: Stuffed Portobello mushroom caps, quinoa pilaf, cucumber salad
Friday: Broccoli & cheese soup, warm bread, salad
Saturday: Vegetarian Lasagna.

Trying to get back to planning!
Sunday- Slow Cooker Ham and lentil soup, crusty bread, green salad
Monday- Roast chicken, green beans, and roasted sweet potatoes
Tuesday- Tacos
Wednesday- Chicken chili
Thursday- Burgers, oven fries, salad
Friday-ST Pork chops with dijon herb sauce, rice pilaf, and some kind of veggie
Saturday- Chili leftovers

Friday- ST Broccoli Pasta
Saturday- Seared Tuna with Salad with soy Ginger dressing

I need to get into my planning routine again.
Sun : Marinated hanger steak, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, string beans.
Mon : Eggplant parm, sweet Italian sausage and a side of pasta.
Tues : Sandwiches (I've got a board meeting)
Wed : Pork chops, buttered noodles, red cabbage.
Thurs : Dinner out with friends.
Fri : Oven baked tilapia with roasted tomatoes, rice pilaf, cucumber salad
Sat : Night out.

WEEKLY MENU 9/9/12
Saturday: Moussaka with a greek salad.
Sunday: Cooked for the week. Made a pot of sauce, Crockpot Chicken Alla Criolla, Eggplant parm, and chicken breasts with red wine and shallots.
Monday: Leftover Moussaka.
Tuesday: Chicken All Criolla, red beans and rice.
Wednesday: Leftover eggplant parm
Thursday: Chicken with shallots and red wine, garden salad.
Friday: Homemade pizza night
Saturday: Out to dinner for date night.

Sunday - we had a big lunch, so we just sauteed some pierogi and veggies.
Monday - egg noodles with brown butter and paprika, topped with peas.
Tuesday - Eggplant, snow peas and green beans in ginger-wasabi sauce with Jasmine rice.
Wednesday - Pasta with homemade sauce, veggie meatballs.
Thursday - Soup and salad.
Friday - Not sure...I'm going away early Saturday morning and leaving DH at home...likely, pizza.
Saturday - Something with my mom in Florida. Likely NOT pizza

Trying to cook at least 4 nights a week. DH and I eat out way to much and need to save some cash.
Monday: DH is away on business so I grabbed some salad from Whole Foods.
Tuesday: Creamy Avocado Pasta, Quinoa Linguini, Garlic Bread
Wednesday: DH's Chili, Side Salad, Corn Bread
Thursday: Sesame Crusted Tuna Steak, Cauliflower mash, Heirloom Tomato Sald
