Weekly menu thread 7/17/17
DH has been watching too many health documentaries lately so trying to get back to including some vegan and vegetarian nights.
Sunday- grilled chicken over pasta with red sauce and peas
Monday- grilled chicken sausage with potatoes, peppers and onions
Tuesday - grape and lentil spinach salad
Wednesday - beef kabobs with rice and broccoli
Thursday - sweet potato, quinoa and kale fritters over salad
Friday - leftover kabobs
Saturday - chili lime rubbed sea bass with grilled potatoes and green beans

Sunday - out to eat, all you can eat Japanese
Monday - leftover omelette
Tuesday - veggie pasta salad
Wednesday - bruschetta pasta salad
Thursday - unstuffed peppers
Friday - leftovers
