Me too... and I use all of my extra points! But I also exercise but I don't use those points.

Since December I lost 8lbs on the new plan (and I'm not even supposed to be losing that much!).

Re: Weight Watchers (NEW PLAN)

I've only been losing .5 lbs a week. I'm a little disappointed honestly. I eat all of my daily points and have started exercising 3x a week. I don't use my weekly points or my activity points. I thought I'd be losing more Chat Icon

I'm a lifetime member- I'm already at goal weight and just have to maintain. I've found it hard to maintain though because you get so many points- its hard for me to use them all (plus I am very active). So I've been losing a little more than I would like. I still follow the plan because it keeps me on track and eating healthy.

You definitely need to increase your activity. Don't forget that if you're eating a lot of 0 point foods, you're still eating food and calories.

Re: Weight Watchers (NEW PLAN)

I have lost 10 lbs in 5 weeks. But I havent been all that strict actually. I believe if I tried a tiny bit harder it woudl be more. But I'm ok with slow because I want this to be the LAST time I do this and want to learn a new lifestyle of eatign etc.
