weight watchers plan changes
I saw on instagram someone say that ww was changing their plan on december 6. Has anyone heard about what the changes might be?

weight watchers plan changes
yes, I went in yesterday and it's all changed. Still trying to figure it out. Today would be my first day using the new plan. What I've noticed from glancing though the booklet is that the points for protein and been reduced. Fruit stayed the same. The points value or Smartpoints which is what they are calling it, went up for sugary items.
