3lbs away from maintenance! It's going very slooooowly....
you look awesome
Thank you!
I think it's because I bought the wrong size pants & they were falling down.
By the way, I'm starting a photoshoot diet. Eat quickly in your car, climb walls, step stairs & squat all day. My thighs are still sore!

Re: Weight Watchers Thread
Congrats Barb (nrthshgrl) on being so close to maintenance!!
I'm down 2.6lbs over the last 2 weeks for a total of 8lbs in 4 weeks. I didn't weigh in last week bc of July 4th. It was probably a good thing bc I did not follow program that week.

Re: Weight Watchers Thread
Hi laides! You've all inspired me to get my big arse back on track. I was on weight watchers and fell off the waggon for a while. I'm afriad to weigh myself but I'm sure I need to lose about 20lbs. So, I'm going to start again tomorrow.

Re: Weight Watchers Thread
I need to start back up on weight watchers, I was doing so well, but then got lazy going to the meetings and stopped going all together. I'm going on a 2 1/2 week vacation in 2 weeks, so I will make it my goal to join WW when I get back. My brother is getting married June 7th next year, and I need to get my *** from a size 16 to an 8 by then....do you think I can do it?

Absolutely! I'm down several sizes since March.
As long as you're willing to follow the program, I think it definitely works.
Yeah you for starting!!!

Re: Weight Watchers Thread
I'm up exactly 1lb since last week's manager's meeting.
I'm determined that it won't happen again & will be weighing in less than 1 lb next week.

Re: Weight Watchers Thread
Ok- so I sucked it up and weighed in after going to Cancun for 9 days and eating what ever I wanted. I gained 2lbs. It's just taking me a long time to take off the weight so that is frustrating. Now I am down 11.8 and have about 40 or so to go.

Re: Weight Watchers Thread
Hi Everyone!
I just joined weight watchers online. I've gained about 6 pounds since our wedding and I'm not really doing well at taking it off.
I am 5'5" Current Weight: 126 Goal Weight: 119 (according to Weight Watchers)
We are taking our neice to see Mary Poppins tomorrow and then going to Serendipity after the show so there go my Flex Points on the second day, but I am hoping I get right back on track after that.
DH wanted to go to outback tonight for dinner and I asked him to switch to Applebees because of their ww points menu so go me!
Is it just me or does 18 points seem like a really low number of points? LOL!

18 is low because you really don't have weight to lose, lol.
Don't take this the wrong way, but an absolutely perfect weight for your height is 125. (5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet). 119 is very low for your height, no?
I only ask because I'm surprised they are letting you do WW. They are very strict with weight requirements.
At any rate, I do understand you want to take off weight if you are used to being 6 pounds lighter. 18 points per day is under 1000 calories..the pounds will come off but since you have so little to go, it'll prob be slower.

Re: Weight Watchers Thread
Thanks for the response! I know what the charts say but I just feel very jiggly right now. Like I wouldn't wear a bathing suit. I think that a little weight looks like a lot on me or something becuase I definitely don't feel right...I hate recent pictures of myself.
I plugged in my height and that's the weight they gave me. My happiest was at 117 but that was my early 20's and I was working out like a lunatic AND taking xenedrine with Ephedra in it. Terrible I know, but the results were so awesome.
Now I am just looking for a lifestyle that I can live with and maintain on my own you know? I realized that all these years of working out and trying to eat right I haven't really learned anything...
I am terrified of slowing down my metabolism though. They ask about your working and I just sit in a chair all day, they didn't ask about working out which I do 4-6 times a week. Is there a place to enter that?
