weight now 133.6 goal weight 121 height 5'5"
i was on WW b4 and lost 22 lbs so i can do it again :)
I remember getting below 130lbs & thinking...I will never see those first 2 digits on the scale again
This will be the last time you ever see the scale at anything above 125lbs!
Keep up the good work!

Be happy that you're taking steps to be healthier. Don't beat yourself up over it.
I started losing weight the week before I joined WWers because I didn't want to start that high. I know a friend who ate like she was going to the chair before WWers.
It doesn't matter how you get there, how high you are, as long as you're doing something about it.
Congrats on those steps!

Re: Weight Watchers Thread
How are you doing on your points? I feel your pain. I just ate a bag of peanut m&m's.
You can always exercise off the extras too. I've been doing that and it works as long as you get them on the same day.

Re: Weight Watchers Thread
Hi All,
I joined WW 2 months ago and was doing really well--down 5 pounds and then I went on vacation and I am up 4 pounds. I've tried hard all week but they are sticking...
I'm 5'8 and my goal weight is 135. I have about 10 to lose and I'm finding it's very tough!

Kris, I'm sure if you're truly on plan in the next week or 2 those 4lbs will fly off - they're most likely just visiting temporarily

Thanks! It has been really hard work but it is paying off. I have been going to WW about 3 and a half months. I am also working out with a personal trainer and go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Can't believe these words are about to come out...but I actually like going to the gym now and working out with Karen. I feel so good afterward and things like my abs that I didn't think existed are tightening up I am a chunkster and have a long way to go but I know I will get there.

Has taken me exactly 16 weeks to lose 26 lbs so that's just about 1.5 lbs a week.
IMO though don't try to rush things. I find that when I'm rushing the process and trying to lose weight quickly it doesn't work. You may lose quickly but you're more likely to give up and gain it back.
Live and let live and it will happen

Re: Weight Watchers Thread
-0.2
I didn't get to go on Sunday morning, which is my normal time. So I went today during lunch. I had two cups of coffee, my breakfast and a 20 oz bottle of water before I went. So, if I would have went on Sunday I think I would have shown a bigger loss.
I'm not extremely happy about it, but a loss is a loss. And, I was very good all week. SO, back to my 2 lb goal for this Sunday.
