My DH's grandmother leaves the cutest messages, it sounds like she wrote a letter and then calls and reads it she always ends her messages with Love Grandma 
that's really sweet. 
my hubby's aunt does the SAME thing  she says happy bday or whatever she called for, sends hugs and kisses, and then says "OK bye now, Auntie Eleanor in Connecticut"
we LOVE her messages, so cute. we gotta start saving them.
