What color is your playroom (esp. if in a finished basement)?
We're in the process of finishing our basement. Will be a playroom/den.
We got a new sectional in a sage green.
I'm more a cool-color person. Love greens & blues.
The basement has only 1 tiny little window-- does have high-hats, but lighting isn't the best overall. Dark carpet too.
I was thinking a green/blue scheme. The green furniture, and maybe a light blue wall? Like a sky-blue shade. I hope it would help brighten the area up. Then I was thinking of doing some decals for the playroom section of a sun, clouds, etc.
Cute? What color do you have?
Oh, and I loooove this decal too. Perfect for my little girls. I may have to get this too (in white maybe?)

pre flood it was a green...previous owners painted it...i didnt love it and i didnt hate it which it why it stayed.
post flood its being painted a BRIGHT teal blue right now...its awesome! brightens up the whole space (also dosent have great lighting) it will have the bright teal on top and white wainscotting on the bottom, i cannot wait until its done!
LOVE that decal btw!

Do you know what color it is? I'm heading to Benjamin Moore tomorrow to check out samples, but I'm sure I'll love your color

the fact that he gets a man den he should give his little girls a fun colour 
im not 100% i think its something like bahama breeze...some place that made me think of warm and sand!

Ours is half playroom, half den. The carpet is a light tan and the sofas are along the same color. 2 1/2 of the walls are painted a light silvery blue-gray (it's the lightest color on the BM Adagio paint strip). The playroom walls are BM Calypso Orange. It's bright and fun and all seems to work together.

ours is "Spring Meadow" from Benjamin Moore. Its a light, yellowish green... very happy color. Our rugs are a dark green and even though I hate them they were in great condition so we needed something to match that. But I do love the color.

I know it's a Ralph Lauren color. I will see if I can find it in the garage tomorrow. It's from when the previous owners lived here.
These are bad pics, but should give you an idea. It is from our inspection - all the previous owner's stuff. They had a lot of crap, didn't they? LOL.....It looks more blue in person than gray.
