What day do you weigh in if your on WW?
I'm joining this week and was wondering what day everyone prefers to weigh in on? Not sure if it really matters...just wondering if before or after the weekend is better.

Friday mornings.....I used to Weds. The only days I never would would be sat, sun or mon but thats just me

Monday- but I should either change my weigh in day or change my splurge-y day, which has been Sunday dinner the last two weeks. I always weigh a little more on Mon. mornings but at least it's still less than the week before.

My day is Tuesday but if I had my choice I would prefer either Thursday or Friday. I am part of a group at work so I didn't get to pick the day.

Saturday Morning. Its the only day I can get to the meetings. If I had a choice I would do Friday mornings.

Thanks guys!! I joined today but i'm thinking it's not the best idea to be weighed on a monday. I wanted to get it done though...no more procrastinating!! We'll see how it goes.

Monday.
I'm thinking of changing it to Weds or Thurs though because I tend to not be "as good" over the weekend.

Used to be Saturday morning but now I go Wednesday nights. Most likely will be switching back to Saturday. I hate weighing in at night.

I do Wednesdays because it's midweek, when I tend to eat better. I would't want to do it on Mondays because I do most of my eating or drinking (love my beer  ) on the weekends.

i would not want to weigh in on Mondays b/c I tend to take it a little easy on the weekends.
I weigh in on wednesdays. Works for me. Gives me enough time to clean up my act from the weekend
