We go on Thursday nights (unless FH works late then we go on the weekends). I absolutely HATE shopping on the weekends, so I try to avoid it at all costs, even if I have to go by myself during the week.
If I had to shop on the weekends, I would eventually be arrested for running over some moron with my shopping cart.

I try not to go on weekends. I go when I really have no food in the house. Like right now but I won't be able to go until Friday night.
I really like Mondays or Tuesdays though. If I go on the weekends I try to go as late as possible.
I like taking my time.
Mondays and Tuesdays at Shop Rite are great since they get a lot of fresh produce and fish in those days.

We usually do peapod for Monday delivery. If I have to go it is almost always on the weekend because that's the only time I have.. usually it is VERY, VERY early - and most times on Saturday.

Not really a set specific day....but it's always at LEAST once a week.
I go whenever........usually its the night after I look in the fridge and realize.......the food is drastically diminishing and nothing left to Defrost.

My DH used to go at 7am Sunday mornings before I even woke up. The stores were pretty empty then.
We recently moved, so now we just go day to day. We don't have much space to store food and paper products. My DH stops off on his way home from work and picks up whatever he's going to make for dinner that night.

I used to go whenever.
Now that DD is here, shopping with 2 kids is not happening! LOL
I went on Monday night and it was great! No one there and I was able to concentrate on what we needed for the week.

Whatever weekday we need. If we need a weekend we go Sunday. But it's usually just me in the afternoon after work 
And like some of you i LOVE grocery shopping! It is my stress reliever and so relaxing... which is why I don't like going Sun w/the crowds and DH

Fridays right after work I go to Walmart and then on Sundays I go to the supermarket and pick up fresh fruit and meat.

If I wasn't working I would shop locally everyday, local butchers, local greengrocers, local fishmonger, local everything...but unfortunately at the moment I can't do it.

sunday morning at 8ish - no one is there and the shelves are stocked...if i go any later than that - forget it, it is mobbed w/only 3 cashiers & horrendous lines

No set day for us either...it's usually Saturday or Sunday, but if I feel ambitious after work, I'll just stock up on some stuff on the way home.

I would love to do that too- I try to go to the butcher, but then the convenience sometimes gets the better of me and I end up getting meat at the supermarket.
