All of the above plus, if you're there for someone day in and day out for whatever reason- b/c that's what friends do.. Then, it comes time for you to need support and they're SO not there for you. IMO- that's a one sided friendship, and one not worth making the effort for anymore...
Exactly my thoughts...this is also how I feel about my SIL
