I never went by how many days a week she was there either. I went by the care she got.
She was there 10 hrs a day. These people had a huge influence in her life. I trusted my baby to them and they gave me the greatest gift ever...peace of mind.
I wish I could have afforded to give them more. They deserved every penny.

I usually do $50 for the teacher and $25 for the main assistant. I pick up little token gifts (ie last year:mrs. Prindables apples) for the regulars who rotate in to cover breaks.
