what do you think of my christmas dinner menu?
ok every year for christmas we celebrate christmas eve with my family ( maybe bc we're spanish but christmas eve is the big event) and we always have a latin menu
then christmas day is with Anthony's family since they celebrate christmas on christmas day and its italian/standard menu . Usually his mom did it but since she moved to NC, last year it was his brother, this year we're hosting it
and im nervous.....
i want it to be a fusion of latin, italian, and american foods. ( but not so latin since we are having latin the night before)
what do you think of this menu?
appetizers
gourmet cheeses and crackers and sausages
pizza cheese dip and toasted pita
cream cheese and almond stuffed dates
first couse
Ceviche (spanish shrimp cocktail)
second course
black bean soup with bacon topped with sour cream
main course
Turkey
Lasagna
Stuffed shells
Stuffing
Gravy
Roasted red potatoes
Empanadas
Corn
Garlic Green Beans
salad
Dessert
Chocolate fondue
with marshmellows, pretzels, and fruits
and whatever people bring

It all sounds delicious! Is it a sit down dinner or buffet? 
You'll have a feast and a houseful of happy guests, I'm sure!
