What do you use to get grime off of your kitchen countertops?

What do you use to get grime off of your kitchen countertops?
Whenever I fry anything, the oil gets on my countertops & it takes alot for me to get them clean. What product works well for this?

what kind of countertops do you have? i have granite and i usually just wipe them down with a damp cloth and then i have a special spray for marble/granite that i use to make it very shiny.

I have granite & I usually use couterific counter top disinfectant but it's not doing a great job.

DH uses fantastic when it's really messy after big holiday meals.
On a regular basis, he usually just uses hot water with a sponge with some soap on it and then rinses it.

My countertops are an off white, I use fantastic with bleach.
