What is your religion?
just curious.
me and dh dont have a religion. i was "born" catholic though.
i believe in heaven i think, im not sure. but dh doesnt believe in god or anything at all.
also, if you and your SO have different religions, what will your children be?

I was baptized and raised Catholic..
Dh was baptized in both the Catholic AND Greek Orthodox churches, though he was raised in the Greek Orthodox faith
Since we were married in the GO church, we plan on baptisizing our children in the Greek Orthodox faith..

DH was raised catholic and he's an atheist.
I was raised protestant and right now not sure what I believe. I definitely don't do church or organized religion.

I'm not sure what DH is...he wasn't baptised...his mother said that he was presented to the Lord...whatever that means.
We got married in a catholic church and he believes in God, so I'm calling him a catholic.

I'm Jewish and DH is Catholic. I go to church with DH and he goes to temple with me- we are planning on raising our children both- we know it will be hard but we are going to try our best!

DH and I are both Jewish. I was raised Reformed and DH grew up going to an Orthodox temple. We will probably compromise somewhere and raise our family more conservative. That is, join a Conservative temple. We do not currently keep a Kosher home but we have not ruled it out for a future home. Right now, our kitchen is too small for 1 set of dishes, forget about 2!  While that is certainly not an "excuse" per say, as neither of us were raised in a Kosher home, we have talked about it for the future.

DH was baptized Catholic, then his parents became born again.
We were married in Catholic church, and he is fine raising the kids Catholic. His mother's extreme belief's are not DH's cup of tea

DH is was born Jewish and is now agnostic. I wasn't raised in any religion and I have stayed that way. I believe in a higher power, but I explore my spirituality in my own way.

I am Jewish, DH is Protestant - but wasn't raised with much religion. If we have children, they will be raised Jewish, go to Hebrew School and all of that, but still celebrate non-Jewish holidays with their family on DH's side.
