Ale doesn't drink much milk so I buy 2%. She also takes the Horizon Vanilla milks now and then.

We just switched to 1%. I wanted him to stay on the whole milk b/c of his eating issues and poor weight gain but we had a nutrionist advise us the fat in the milk might be filling him up and that 2% and whole milk are almost identical.
So we changed to 1% and we did as they told us we would see a slight increase in his appetite ( not sure if its REALLY due to the milk or not of course).
