What time is bedtime?

I never thought it would be possible for my DS (just about 6 months old) to fall asleep for the night around 7pm-ish, give or take, but sure enough here we are. What time is bedtime in your home?

Between 6:30 and 7:30 depending on the day and how long her second nap is.

Re: What time is bedtime?

DD is two months, and bedtime is between 6:30 and 7:30. I am trying to stretch it to be later, but we get up around 6, so she sleeps from 7pm-6am.

6:30, but because of my work schedule he has to be up at 6 at the very latest. He'll be 2 next week

This has actually stretched back, last year there wre days he was going to bed at like 5:45- usually during the time he was dropping a nap

Re: What time is bedtime?

When my boys were babies and till about 1.2 - 2 it was around 6:30 - 7ish. They were always in bed early but they are also morning boys and up early. Now at almost 5 and 3 it's around 8ish. My 2.5 yr old around 7:45 and my older at 8. They're up around 8am now.

Re: What time is bedtime?

DS is 9 months old. He goes to bed for the night usually around 9 pm, sometimes a little earlier or later. He always seems to wake up between 6 & 6:30 am, regardless of what time he falls asleep at night. He usually only gets about 9 hours overnight at the most, but then doesn't nap much during the day either. I don't know if he's tired all the time or if he just doesn't need as much sleep. I can't imagine him ever sleeping 11 or 12 hours straight, but that seems more typical.

My ds is the same. It's 930 now and he's still up. Will be up at 6 am with no issue and will take a 1.5-2 hr nail depending on the day.

My dd will be 2 next week and she now goes to her around 8. We switched from 7-8 when it started staying lighter out later.

Re: What time is bedtime?

My girls are 23 months and almost 4.

During the week they are in bed and asleep by 7:00-7-15. My oldest doesn't nap and my little one rarely naps. They are so exhausted it takes them less than 5 mins to go off. On the weekends we try to stretch them 8 and they sleep in a little later.
