what to do with chicken-
hey all- i took out chicken cutlets, the thin, skinless kind
what can i do with them for dinner, besides frying them or making chicken parm?

earlier this week I made such great chicken.
evoo...throw chick in pan. salt and pepper.
cook about 3 minutes on each side.
Take chicken out of pan.
In same pan, throw in green onions and garlic. cook till tender.
Then add 2 small cans of diced tomatoes with chilies.
dash of vinegar
2 tablespoons of brown sugar.
mix, add chicken back in. Cover and simmer.
serve on rice, so good.

Grilled chix- 4 seasons packet to marinate
Chix w/pineapple or broccoli- served over rice
Chix Marsala w/mushrooms & baby carrots

I am making chicken stir fry on my wok tonight. I take the thin cutlets, cut them up and add a ton of vegetables, scallions, red and green peppers, carrots, brocolli and water chestnuts and cook it all up in my wok with some teriyaki sauce or soy sauce or some other asian sauce, I havent decided yet.

Stuff it! So easy and delicious.
We stuff with prosciutto and mozzarella or spinach, feta and sun dried tomatoes.
Then you bread and pan fry for about 3-4 min on each side.
Then bake 20-25 min.
So good!!

i love when i read recipe suggestions and people say things like "Sure just add _____"
i never ever ever have ____ ingredient, even when its something as simple as Lettuce
