I don't know if I should put her in afterschool or if I should ask her current sitter to pick her up and stay with her.

I'm kind of leaning towards the sitter because DD will only be 3 almost 4 when she starts and it's her first school experience so I'm trying to transition her but how much should I pay the sitter?
