Whats in your everyday make up routine?

What items do you use everyday as part of your makeup routine? I always like to see what people use......new ideas....Ive recently switched to predominantly drugstore brands bc the amount of money I was spending on make up was INSANE (I was about to hit Rouge level at Sephora). So I challenged myself to scale it back for everyday and splurge on a few key higher end brands but switch to drugstore where I could.....

1) Skincare:
Ole Henriksen line for skincare (cant part with this line)
2)Garnier BB Cream
3) L'Oreal Lumi Foundation (this was my holy grail foundation already, I switched to this from high end about a year ago)
4) Physicians Formula Bronzer
5) Milani Blush
6) Eye: I switch between a few UD singles (staying high end for shadow)
7) Rimmel Lash Accelerator Mascara
8) Maybelline Total Temptation Eyebrow Pencil (this thing is FOOL PROOF and so silky! It replaced by former holy grail of Anatasia Brow Wiz)
9) Mac Eyeliner (Eye Kohl)

I'm not great with make up... My SIL has been getting me make up gift sets for Christmas for years, I almost count on it now lol

-vitamin C serum from Lilyana Naturals (just started using this a few weeks ago, not sure if I'm noticing anything from it)
-neurtragena triple age repair moisturizer
-IT Cosmetics CC cream
-Too Faced blush
-bare minerals powder
-Estee Lauder eye shadow
-Estee Lauder eyeliner
-Cover Girl lash blast mascara (only one I've found that doesn't clump)
-Estee Lauder lipstick, I have some matte & gloss ones

Highlighting blush (same brand as primer/foundation)
Pewter bottom liner
Sand-colored shadow
A little highlighting blush in the crease
Mascara
Lipstick

If I'm going full-out then I top line with liquid liner and do a full shadow &contour

I use Neutrogena visibly clear oil free moisturizer. I don’t need to use any other anti-aging thing because I’ve been blessed with young skin for some reason.

I then use a Mac foundation

Then I’ll use a powder (Clinique or drugstore)

I’ll throw on some eyeshadow to make me feel alive and mascara.

I’ll put eyeliner on for special occasions only.

I’ve been going without any make up lately, though.

Clinique skinny stick eyeliner (discontinued )
Clinque blush
eyeshadow if I feel like it.
Blistex on my lips

I only wear mascara on special occasions and never lipstick.

Pretty low key when it comes to everyday makeup.

Old school green and pink maybelline mascara

I moisturize at night- Trader Joe’s moisturizer. Wash my face with neutrogena fresh foaming face wash and exfoliate twice a week with apricot scrub.

I do think I need to start some type of anti aging routine (I’m 33). One of the things I wanted to do for my birthday was go to ulta or Sephora and actually sit down to get tips and buy new products because I haven’t done it in years (I also used to have more disposable income to drop $300 on foundation and eyeliner). That was in January and I haven’t done it yet. I’m definitely in a makeup rut.

I hate taking the time to do makeup so it's always been simple. :D

I use a lot of drugstore brands, too.

I use Neutrogena Skin Clearing Make-up to conceal blemishes and under-eye circles and just even out my skin tone. Then I use Bare Minerals loose powder foundation. I also use Bare Minerals "A Little Sun" for blush/contour. Then I do NYX black eyeliner pencil and mascara. I don't really have one mascara I use because none of them really *wow* me so I kind of switch it up. I'm actually using Benefit "They're Real" right now because I got a small size in a gift bag at Christmas time.

When I'm going out or want to do a little more, I also use Benefit High Beam to highlight and usual a Naked Palette for the eyes. I don't wear any eye shadow on a daily basis because... well.. I'm not very good at it and ain't nobody got time to be fixing it so I'd probably go to work looking like I got punched in the face.

ETA: I do nothing with my lips. Right now I have on Aquaphor Advanced Therapy lip balm. My lips are SO dry!

Right now I am using Smashbox Primer, Mac Studio Sculpt foundation,
and Nars blush (Deep Throat - have used for years and years, my favorite blush by far).

I mix up what I use on my eyes but I love the Naked 2 palette lately. I also have a ton of Mac shadows. I love Nars eyeliners and IT concealer.

I still haven't found a perfect Mascara. Maybelline Full and Soft is closest.

Lips I use Nars glosses.

My nighttime moisturizer is Jason Vitamin E oil. I don't like using anything with a million ingredients; so this is perfect for me. Plus is smells amazing.
It absorbs 100%; not oily at all.
(I used to use coconut oil and find this 1000% times better).

My Foundation is Revlon PhotoReady. But I am always looking to try new. I am going to try the Loreal Brand now that you suggest it.

Then Physician's Formula Bronzer.
Then Blush (I forget brand).

Then Loreal Telescopic Mascara.....LOVE LOVE!

Then one of my many shades and brands of lipliner/lipstick.

Eyeshadows, eyeliners and primer go on when I have extra time or going out.

If I'm dressing up to really go out, then I add my Nars bronzer to contour, Bobby Brown highlighter, Naked Palette for eye shadow, Nars blush, Bare Minerals eyeliner, Mac lipstick or BedHead lip gloss with Victorias Secret lip gloss on top.

And every night I use L'oreal Age Perfect Night Cream.

foundation- I switch between Too faced Perfect Peach Foundation, Maybelline super stay coverage, estee lauder double wear or it cosmetics cc cream.

concealer- maybelline age rewind

powder - maybelline fit me translucent powder

Bronzer- Milani Bronzer XL

Blush- I switch it up a lot too. I have a lot of Milani ones I really like

Eye shadow primer- Milani

Eye Shadow- Right now my favorite palette is urban decay back talk.

eyeliner- NYX

Brows- Anastatia brow wiz pencil

Mascara- Loreal lash paradise

lipstick- I switch it everyday.

I still haven’t found the best skincare routine, so I switch my cleaners/moisturizers so often

Goof proof brow pencil (seriously the best)
Lancôme eye liner
Better than sex mascara (always curl before)
I switch up eye shadow but it’s always UD
Mac lipglosses (some days I use a liner too)

I also use Trader Joe's Facial Cleansing Wipes with Tree Oil every night and use Trader Joe's Blueberry Acai Facial Scrub a few times a week.

maybe some gloss

Maybe some shimmer

I don't play up my eyes to be honest. Never really learned and they are heavy hooded.

The last few weeks I've been giving my skin a break. I only use Confidence in a cream and confidence in an eye cream. Every day and night.
Mascara and eyebrow pencil every morning. That's it.
